"Spent over $500 for two pairs of glasses and they are worse than my old ones I just about have to take my glasses off to read, I was also convinced in getting bifocals which I hate and do not see any purpose for them no matter what I do they are always blurry. I got one pair of glasses and it's been almost a month and have not gotten the 2nd pair."

"Spent $500 on a single pair of glasses for my boyfriend less than a year ago. The frame literally snapped in half and all they offered was half off the next pair. Your frames shouldn’t be breaking within a year, and to me a 1 year warranty means if they break, you replace them for FREE!! We will never be back. Their frames suck and they don’t honor a warranty."

"The Dr. here was top notch. He's kind, easy going & cares about getting your prescription just right. It used to be a really great place all around but they have someone working there now who refuses to give me a sample pair of contacts if I can only afford to order one box at a time. (I'm the same prescription in both eyes.) He said I'd have to order 2 boxes to get a sample pair even though I literally cannot drive without them, my glasses just got broken, & I have no contacts. I would lose my job if I can't drive to get there. So If my eye Dr's assistant doesn't care if I can see unless I give x amount of dollars, when I'm paying them all I can afford, I'll take my business elsewhere."

"The staff were friendly and knowledgeable, the Assistant Manager Sarah not only greatly helped my mother by having temporary lenses cut in store while her actual prescription was in the works, but also took the time to check over my own glasses that were done poorly by a different business. They have a large selection of frames and a good atmosphere, Ivory in particular takes great care of their plants on top of doing his own job well so shoutout to him too!"

"I took my son to get glasses today and the staff was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. We were very lucky to be helped by Ivory. He was wonderful!!! For this reason, I want to say a special thanks to Ivory who helped us. He was very professional, personable, kind, and extremely proficient. He knew what he was doing and deserves this shout out. Not everyone you meet in customer service knows what that really means to TAKE CARE of your customers but HE DOES and takes care of you like you would like someone to take care of you. I hope someone in corporate see’s this and gives him a raise, realizes what a valuable employee they have and values his work ethic and commitment to service because it is a value that is being seen less and less in the workplace. He is without a doubt a valuable asset to this store, his co- workers, his management team and the corporation. Eye care Express, please take the time to thank him.
