"Dr Fitzgerald is a good doctor but his receptionist staff is extremely rude. I'm made to wait weeks now for an appointment that was made last month and originally scheduled for tomorrow. Now they can't "find" my appointment even though I received a reminder call for it. When I tried asking about what was going on the receptionist got snippy and very rude. This is a very much needed medical appointment and something was messed up by the staff, they have no place to be rude to me for their mess ups."
