"I recently bought a new ring for my wife here and the experience was very nice. The staff was very helpful and patient with us while we looked at their many many different styles of rings. Less than 3 months after buying the ring one of the small stones fell out. Thankfully, the woman who helped us expressed the importance of purchasing the protection plan. The ring was sent in and repaired with no hassle or hoops to jump through. I would strongly recommend purchasing the protection plan they offer."
