"Huge store with a wide variety of products, zero signs marking where anything actually is located, and zero helpful employees. It's impossible to find what you are looking for and employees go out of their way to avoid customers. Decent prices, terrible layout, and unhelpful employees. Save your time and money and go to Michael's or order online."

"I don't generally post any type of review with feedback that's negative. This was my first time going to the new Hobby Lobby. I wasn't very pleased with the employees that were on the floor. I asked two different female employees where certain things were located at in the store. The responses that I received from the both of them weren't what I was expecting. Both female employees pointed to an aisle and told me that the item was down there. I asked one of the employees if she could show me exactly where the item I was looking for was at. She gave me a look like I was asking her for a lot and she proceeded to show me where the item was at. My shopping experience wasn't all that great!! The employees could use a little help with their personal relationship skills. They are slacking in that department. It's sad to say but, I won't be going back and/or making any purchases from Hobby Lobby."
