"I was seen on 3/2/16 by Dr. Kiell for a varicose vein on my left calf. I expressed desire to have it treated. Dr. Keill seemed very disinterested in pursuing the issue, but told me to call into office to schedule appt. to come back. I called office 2 days later to schedule appt. I was told scheduler was not available, but would call back. I never heard back from anybody. So, the way this office schedules appts. is completely NUTS. I should have been able to make f/u appt. the DAY I WAS IN OFFICE for initial visit. Also, Dr. Kiell seemed not to care that my insurance would probably cover this procedure. Maybe he thought it was too much trouble to find out or at least have a staff member find out. All in all, pretty lousy service all the way around."
