"This doctor is by far the worst experience I have ever had. He had no bedside manners whatsoever and the nurse that entered the room with him was just as rude. He never mentioned anything he was going to do. He had no compassion. I have been in severe pain for months and finally got to see him and was treated so badly. He never tried to hear anything I was saying. Even left the room shaking his head like I was just asking to many questions. I have never felt so violated in my life."

"I've been a patient of Dr. Gowdamarajan's for nearly 10 years, undergoing treatment and management of my ulcerative colitis. Dr. G is extremely reliable, easy to schedule with, and most importantly, he knows how to talk to his patients. My previous doctor was a "top Indiana physician" but she had a terrible bedside manner, so I switched to Dr. G based on a referral. I'm so happy I did! He actually listens to me and addresses my concerns, and he takes me seriously. He is never dismissive of me. I can't tell you what that means to someone with a chronic condition that is often attributed to "poor eating habits." Dr. G has effectively brought my severe colitis under control, and spared my colon in the process. With daily medication, regular visits and colonoscopies, I am able to live a normal and healthy life. I cannot say enough good things about his practice and would recommend him to anyone searching for a skilled, practical and intelligent physician to guide them in their healing process toward remission."

"This is the worst doctor clinic ever! They dont fully examine the problem and just assign pain medications that dont even work! Even after surgery there, the patient was in MAJOR pain and couldnt sleep for weeks! I do not reccomend this clinic at all. Shouldnt even recieve 1 star."

"Im very distraught with my recent experience with scheduled surgery. It started in August with a surgeon that I felt very comfortable with and it was a great first visit. The surgeon was very compassionate and concerned about my comfort. Then a few weeks before my surgery, I got a call saying the surgeon had to have surgery himself and I would be seeing a different surgeon, which I understand since I work for a dr myself. Then a week before the surgery, I got a call saying that I would have to do another pre op with the second surgeon, which should have been said at the time of the initial call. I complied even though the time was short and not convenient. We had been struggling back and forth with insurance issues which I felt were resolved when my insurance joined Imagine Network as of November 1st. The day of the surgery, November 8th, I went through the prep needed and nothing to eat or drink. I happened to check my email and found that I had a my chart message saying that my post op appt had been cancelled. When I called the office, I was told after some investigation that the surgery had been cancelled due to insurance issues. I felt it was very unprofessional not to contact me to let me know, especially since I had been preparing for a surgery that was not going to happen. This was all around a very bad experience and at this point, I dont even want to reschedule the surgery even though I need it very much."

"If people understood how expensive it is to run a practice, they wouldn't complain about paying their bill for the caring and competent treatment they receive. Of course it isn't free. You wouldn't complain because the pharmacy made you pay for your medicine before giving it to you. This is no different. These doctors have gone out of their way to provide me with the very best care. They have coordinated with my rheumatologist to make sure I am safe while receiving treatment. I could not ask for more. I'll continue to use them and I don't hesitate to recommend them to anyone"
