Work on tractors & trailers 28 yrs on the job.Had shoulder injury 3 yrs ago which Dr. Williams sent me to therapy & ortho Dr. Aggravated shoulder again had to leave work a couple times because of pain. Supervisor filled out paperwork so future work missed would be excused. Gave paperwork to Dr. Williams refused to fill out made me feel like I was trying to game the system. Won’t be going back"

"I went to this man sick and feeling like death was around the corner. He came into room, listen to what I had to say then told be it was a virus & had to run its course. He was walking out the door when he turned & said oh I should listen to your chest. I went from his office to a med check where they took an xray & found I had bronchitis that was close to pneumonia. Was put on antibiotics & steroids for 10 days. I wouldn't take a sick dog to him."

He takes the time to listen to my concerns and offers the best practical way to address them. Staff is friendly and nice. I can't speak for any of the other doctors in the practice as I have never seen any of them but if they have half the bedside manner he does they are good docs.
