"Decent surgery experience, although the surgery itself was somewhat unsuccessful. Additionally they scheduled my follow up with me while I was still in the Surgery Center and under medication. I had no recollection of it and when I called to change it they never changed it in their system so I never had my post op. Additionally they billed out everything strangely to my insurance so I was paying bills for what seemed like 6 months. Overall the worst surgery center I've dealt with. Wouldn't recommend, as well as any other IU Health Facility."

"I was very disappointed in my experience at Beltway surgery center. It was my 9th surgery on my trachea . The facility is dirty and ran down. My out of pocket expense was way more expensive than my previous surgeries within IU hospital. The monthly amount due is totally unreasonable. The billing department would not work with me at all even though I have been out of work for over a year due to my health. I will never ever use this facility again."

"The best surgical center experience I could have. Both times. So clean, fresh, professional,courteous, service-oriented, meticulous and amiable bedside manners. Great staff. All levels. From receptionist to the surgeon and the recovery team. PICK IU HEALTH BELTWAY. PICK DR. SHIPCHANDLER. SIMPLY THE BEST. (I am in the first 24 hours of recovering as I type this--- I can already feel the difference and can breathe again even though pulling gauze packs and the like today. )"

"Nurses and staff were great we had similar experiences as some have mentioned about leaving immediately after waking up from surgery is very intimidating when you don’t have a health care background. We did great post op until the bill for the facility came her procedure took 30 minutes we were there total 2 hrs and facility fee was $15,000 not including anesthesia, or dr bills. I didn’t realize until looking here you can shop around for other places highly recommend looking around. When you ask about payment plans or financial aid unless you’re willing to liquidate your small savings and 401k you don’t need help enough. Our payment plan for 1of 3 surgeries this year is 4 years long."
