"Crystal was ... well nice, but Bridgewater is nothing more than a band-aid shop, and poor Jayna needs more medical training. All the religious signs hanging on the walls in their Hawesville and Owensboro office does not in ANY way mean that they "PRACTICE" what they hang on their walls. They are ONLY out for the money... and more money!!! If you are very sick,you need to seek medical attention elsewhere!!!"

"They are the most unprofessional medical people I have ever had to deal with. They lost half of my son's medical records which happened to have his Migraine medicine in it so they gave him IBUPROFEN instead and he is already bruising all over his body which is why HE SHOULD HAVE NEVER BEEN GIVEN IBUPROFEN in the first place. Looking for new Dr today."
"I was sitting in the exam room waiting for the doctor, when I overheard two nurses talking about 2 patients that were still in the building. They were extremely rude and unprofessional. The doctors do not take any time with patients and try to rush you out. I have never gone here and been seen on time. My wait time is normally between 40-75 minutes to even get into a room. All in all, they are unprofessional, rude, and have no time to spend answering any patients questions. If you have a choice at all, please go somewhere else."
