"This Emergency Vet advertises Monday Thru Friday 7pm- 8am. We’ve had two emergencies and they’ve been closed both times. Have to go to Oak Forest Premier which has been great. But would be nice to have somewhere closer. Why say ur an emergency vet and not there for pets in the area? Very disappointing."
"they're the kindest people to take care of you're furry babies. i've never met anyone with as much compassion as the team there. my mother's been going through a really rough patch (was diagnosed with cancer recently, going in for chemo, etc) and so when her dog got sick she was very very distraught. they genuinely went above and beyond to not only make sure her dog was alright but her as well."
"It’s 12/18 & 7:15 PM. It’s an emergency vet. EMERGENCY. There’s no one here. One poor guy is frantically staring through the glass with a huge emergency. Our dog is howling in pain from a foot injury. We’re both going elsewhere. This is garbage."
"The vet was great as well as the women who talked to us regarding putting our cat down and pricing, however the intake women was an awful person. If a blonde lady is working the from desk and doing intake, take a deep breath and protect your peace. She’s the last person you’d want to be dealing with while your pet is dying. Awful, awful woman, she was extremely rude."
"Took our dog in to be seen tonight, 10/23. The staff was very kind and compassionate. The doctor was straightforward and thorough. We brought in our baby because she had a pretty bad infection. They cleaned her up and got her started on antibiotics. We had a good experience. The cost was not absurd. Overall, we received amazing care, and stay was very pleasant."
