"Where's our dog?! We loved coming to this vet, but our last visit is becoming a nightmare! On October 30th, we had to put down our sweet Chloe to sleep after it was brutally attacked by a pitbull. We were told we would receive a call once her ashes were picked up, and we would be given a copy of the report to animal control. We waited three weeks, and we had to call just to be told the coroner was delayed and all the bodies had been waiting for weeks to be picked so we were told it would take 2-3 weeks so we wait and guess what?! No call back. We've been trying to talk to someone, but we keep being put on hold, and we wait to the point that we hang up and try again and it's a cycle, we're seriously thinking of coming in and demand answers! We just want our dog's ashes back........... You guys still get three stars because we've taken all three dogs in and have no complaints. Would've been five had we not gotten the run around."

"My cat needed an emergency surgery due to a foreign body in the small intestine. All other animal hospitals I called were charging $3k-$8k with additional fees for consultation. Pulaski Animal Hospital, not only were they quick to get back to me regarding scheduling for surgery and was upfront about the range of the cost being more affordable than others. they did not charge me any additional fees as a new patient. The staffs were friendly, professional, compassionate, and knowledgeable. I highly recommend them to any pet owner."
