"I went in to get my 10k gold bracelet repaired and I was kind of expecting to pay a decent chunk of money for the repair, but I went in, the lady I spoke to (her name is Kemeral, I highly recommend her) just got it from me, and less that 2 minutes later, she got it repaired AND cleaned it. It looks brand new, it’s fully functional, and because it was an easy fix, she charged me nothing. Fantastic service, great customer care, and great quality work!"

"Upsate: My husband surprised me with my birthstone(October), for my birthday. The staff helped him, and I was truly blown away!!! I love this place!! In February of 2022, my husband and I upgraded our wedding bands. We have gotten other jewelry for ourselves and our girls. We plan on getting more! I have tried other places, but nowhere else compares."
