"very awful place to get anything!!!! wish i could give negative stars. my boyfriend proposed to me on Christmas! yay! the ring was absolutely perfect! dropped the ring off on December 27th 2022. i was told it would take 2-4 weeks to resize. 4 weeks later i call around January 30th to be told it would take 4-8 weeks. i call back around the third week of February to be told be Tori that the ring was on its way back to the store. i called that next week to be told by dave that it would now be 8-12 weeks and that its still at the vendor. it is now March 13 2023 and i stll am being told that they dont know when the ring will be in or can they give me a more narrowed time frame, they can only tell me 8-12 weeks everytime i call.. tori and dave need out of there. contacting the bbb and filing a report. everyone i have told is amazed on how long the ring is taking and that they would be contacting an attorney. so thats what i will be doing. dont get any jewlery here!!!!!"
