"Not wheelchair accessible at all. My partner had to hold the handicap stall shut while I tried on clothes bc it didn’t latch or lock. I couldn’t get through some aisles- and I have a 16” wheelchair!!"

"I purchased several pairs of jeans recently and there was one pair I didn't like once I was home. I went to exchange them for a pair I did like and had to pay 25% of the jeans I liked. It is a store policy which is not displayed anywhere, they didn't mention it prior to me saying I wanted an exchange, nor is it on the back of the receipt. I asked why I had to pay and was told "it's a different style". The jeans were the same brand, same price as the original jeans but the cut at the bottom was different. I have already spoken to corporate about this as the store wasn't helpful. Even corporate doesn't understand why I was charged. After this experience, I will not be back."

"My friend and I had so much fun shopping this location. As soon as we entered, we were greeted by Chloe and she was prompted at giving us service right away. She found items in the store that I liked from a mannequin and started a room while we continued to shop. Chloe gave her input on sizes and styles for my friend and I. I felt so bad that we were shopping after closing hours, but they were very kind and helpful even when we were still shopping. Regardless of the time, Chloe didn’t make my friend and I fell rushed at all and made sure we still had great service regardless of the time. Will be back!"
