"I was back today, February 6, 2024 and I had the BEST experience. I was greeted and SPOILED with kindness from Zan & Brittany. Zan serviced my ring and Brittany changed batteries in my watches. They are both awesome! I am new to the area and I have a new bridal set and this will be the location that I have to have my ring serviced to keep my warranty valid. I will have to come in this location every January January and July. On January 31st I visited the college mall location for the 1st time. Tarell, Tyler & Kaylee were working that day. I was greeted with a smile and treated very well. Tarell took very good care of me. He serviced my bridal set and by the time he was done it was sparkling and I was very impressed. I also had several watches that needed batteries replaced and links taken out and I also had a pair of earrings that needed to be sent out to be fixed because the post had been broken off the back of one. I was also impressed with the all around cleanliness of the store and the customer service experience. Thank you a wonderful first impression:-)"

"The Brittanys were both so lovely! One perfectly resized my watch and the other helped me send out my tiffany bracelet to be fixed. My appointment was at noon, but they had no issue with helping me when I got to the appointment 30 minutes early! All around a wonderful experience. Thanks again!"

They're friendly, relaxed, funny, and they really know their stuff about jewelry. Next time I need a new watch or possibly a Christmas present, this is 100% where I'm going!"

"Wow wow wow!!!! Highly recommend going to this location and snagging that perfect gift or ring. My fiancée and I went there and purchased 6 pieces of jewelry all in a total under $1k! The staff are personable, professional and extremely helpful. One of the staff remembered which rings I liked so the next time my fiancée came around he knew which rings to pick from and surprise me! You don’t get that anywhere. Ended up getting high quality bridesmaids necklaces and our wedding bands. Every ask to resize, engrave, etc was always met with the upmost expedience and constant contact. I was never out of the loop where in the process my rings were.
