"If I could give a negative amount of stars that is what I would do.I have experienced enough at this place to see that no one can be trusted.The two women that work there are two faced.They talk about everyone that has worked there or that comes in.They have terrible nicknames for all the customers that come in.They badmouth all the poorest customers that come in and talk about them terribly. They are very rude to the customers they don't like and they blame their bug problem on the Tuesday night crowd that comes in for free laundry Tuesday.The customers have been forced to leave early because the employees didn't want to stay so they had to leave with wet clothes.Which by the way is against the rules.If a person has laundry going they can not make them leave.The owner has no idea what they are doing to people.I can keep going but I think I will save more for later.Unlike the others I won't try to get them fired and lie to everyone about what was really done."
"Overpriced. The lady working was extremely rude. Threatened to lock a 3 year inside at 8:40 when they close at 9 when her mom was taking her clothes out to her car, which only took a few seconds. Then kicked her clean clothes across the sidewalk as she was walking out the door"
