"Other than guys being polite nothing really was as I expected it to be. I was given an estimate of $360.00 and was charged $611.00. They installed my water softener and forgot to open the valve for water to get out of it, unfortunately, they told me I am free to use it and I used it a lot. I ran water for 40 minutes trying to flush out the sediment, however, the water was still yellowish and I gave up. The next day I checked the water softener and the panel still was at 1000 gallons, so I realized that something is wrong. My husband arrived and noticed that the water was going into it but was not leaving. He opened the valve and everything is fine now. However, I was really upset about the water I wasted."
