"Not my first time dealing with these predatory debt collectors. Most recently they bought a medical debt of my wife's and sent a notice of collection. They called me and I informed them she will be undergoing major surgery shortly after we received the notice so I cannot pay them until after she returns to work and our income restabilizes. Today I received a garnishment motion they filed with the Allen Superior Court after not hearing from them for months. Absolutely abysmal company that cares for nothing but money."

When I got garnished I was asked if I could put money down after telling them I was on the verge of eviction and majority of my possessions were in my vehicle. They then again run to the court for my employment records. Anything to make people look bad, even after telling them numerous times I was in school and couldn't work. They're very privileged to never worry about food, rent/mortgage, car note etc like the rest of us. They are truly heartless, and inhumane."

The receptionist didn’t give any indication that the company wasn’t taking walk-in clients at their building. It was very difficult to understand why she didn’t relay that information during the phone conversation. Their site just states that they are monitoring the Novel Coronavirus not they have closed down their whole facility completely beside telephone communications and emails."
