"I am writing this review as an employer. I called to ask questions because this is a new position for me and our employee had questions as well. The person who answered the phone was very rude. She would not listen to a word I had to say and directed my call elsewhere even though I was in midsentence asking a question. I had to call back on a different number in order for the call to be answered. She then sent me to the person's voicemail I had originally asked for but yet again, was extremely rude and was cut off again midsentence."

"If I could give zero stars… I had debt purchased by this company, that’s my fault. I filled out all the forms- did my due diligence, and they were never filed. I was penalized for the incompetence of this company. Pretty sure their practices are illegal in how they handled my case. The supervisor hung up on me after raising his voice and cursing. My agent, William Rush, told me there was no way he could remove the garnishment (which was placed by HIS mistake), until all of a sudden I reminded him that I had money in my account waiting for him to take, that I was under the impression he’d been taking. All of a sudden he could remove the garnishment, which he told me previously was impossible. I don’t envy their job- but human decency and respect goes a long way in any industry. These men are sharks, and it’s despicable. Still considering reporting them and their practices."

"They withhold court documents and mail them out the DAY OF the court date. Court date was missed because we weren't aware that we had one. Court documents had incorrect amounts, different on each document. Dates were incorrect on signed and filed paperwork. How is it legal for you people to STILL be in business???"

"Worst company to do business with. They do not respond to voicemails or emails I paid them $3600 dollars and they have garnished my check, promised to follow up with me and yet there is still no response. They also came after my employee and when I have tried to settle with them, they never follow up. I do not recommend them! EVER!"

"Had a garnishment with this company. Paid the garnishment in full. Of course it took some time to stop garnishing, so they over collected. Have received one check back from the almost $800 overpayment. Then when I called to try to find out where the money is, the attorney was rude and completely unhelpful. He said “he wasn’t accounting” So I asked for the accounting department and he said they won’t speak to me. So I asked for detailed account of what they have collected and what they have sent back. Of course that question was over looked and he continued to belittle me and yell getting no where. So I reported to the BBB. Hopefully I will get some results and see the $400 that is am peagally owed."
