Dont be late with a payment either he will hold it against you. Hes overworked his case load is to great and he will not be sympathetic to your individual issues. He withdrew himself 3 weeks after payment was recieved in the 3 weeks he didnt even create a new petition for me. Pulled out 2 days after my current petition expired lefte in a position where I have an interlock device I'm paying for in my car no license no attorney and having to start all over again."
