"PNC as an institution doesn’t rate five stars but a banker there named Ms.Jailyn does. She made the account opening process very easy. She explained everything completely and concisely. I can’t imagine they have anyone better at the Coliseum branch."

"Well I was kind of upset that my minimum balance went up $1500.00 so I had to call and file a dispute for being charged for something I didn't sign up for but it was fixed. The reason for this review is to show my dissatisfaction for how my money was being handled. I do get it that PNC is not doing so good and they are closing banks in the double digits so staff may have made a mistake but it's no excuse. I hope they do better in the near future"

"They want your business...but won't let you do your business. I am a customer, have been for some time with multiple accounts. Today while visiting I had to use the restroom urgently. I was told that the bathroom is in a secure area and customers weren't allowed back to it. Really really stupid idea. It may not have been a problem if I was just making a quick visit. However, I was in for the better part of 45 min, just to close out one of my accounts. Finally I had to run across the street and use the restroom at a nearby fast food establishment. Really pnc?"
