"Update:because of this review, I was finally informed they assisted in terminating my nonprofit via state but I never got and still havent received any paperwork to send to the IRS. I checked the IRS website and it still shows as active. Per their cite "copies of your certificate of dissolution and resolution to wind up and dissolve" are needed. I was given an estimate of how much my needed services would cost and it has been more than quoted. Maybe because I would ask questions and be charged for that. Also it's been over a year and still nothing finished. I havent heard from them from May but can't email them for a question or else they will charge more (right now we are tight as it is). I will update my review if and once its completed."

"Somewhat disappointed & unhappy with services provided & very angry about delayed bill for a consultation about service NOT provided and sensitive information given to unauthorized party. Requested a consultation. Had a short conversation found out they would be UNABLE to do most of what we were looking for. Offer to preform a service we going to do ourselves, it seemed to be a reasonable price to file the paperwork and act as our registered agent. Paid for the specific service. A FORMER board member received a bill & an invoice including details about the legal consult. The only costs ever discussed were those already paid for and then the bill & information was sent to an unauthorized party."
