"This place was awesome! Even though we were a new client they fit my cat in for an emergency visit (compared to other places who couldn't fit us in til 2-3 weeks out). I was financially stranded and after I told them that, they were very cautious, quoting me prices for everything they were doing and waiting for me to okay each procedure. We ended up having to euthanize my cat a couple of weeks later, but they did it so respectfully and tastefully (from the separate room we were in, to taking care of the bill before the procedure, to giving me time with my cat before and after the procedure).
