"I like the service person, Greg. That's the key to their success in my house. Obviously home treatment quarterly has to work. Greg is thorough, and always professional and very pleasant. This review above is for home pest control quarterly service. The review of other services provided depends on the personnel sent. Some are really good. Some need more training. I've supplied that input earlier. And I still have not received a call-back appointment for Mr. Jerry to come service..clean..the dryer vent as you recommended. They also do limited construction services, like replacing my attic stairs. Excellent crew, again all about the people they send and their experience. After a rodent extermination in my attic, they installed barriers agsinst rodent home re-entry. Overall very pleased. And the actual installers had better ideas on how to make this work. Had one inspector, young, who missed large hole in one area. They sent a more experienced person to do the follow-up review, after I reported. Mosquito services are very good, using non harmful sprays.. and will come back if mosquitos return before next monthly spraying. Corporate sometimes has a communication problem to field techs. Corporate needs to improve this aspect so field techs have best chance for success, and timeliness of service. This communicated several times."
