"Retainer fee paid day one, yet this office did not file for the case on time. They did not submit paperwork to the defendant on time, nor did they utilize the required certified process. The case has now been delayed. There was zero communication for a month prior to the initial hearing from Eric once it was finally filed, despite several attempts to contact their office at the number provided. The paralegal team offered no remedial discourse aside from patiently waiting for a call that never came. Our calls now get hung up on instead of answered yet they have not withdrawn from the case nor refunded the retainer. Your money is best spent elsewhere, as the services here lack the necessary representation to even meet the concept of this organization."
