"Lindsay Swanson and her staff were amazing!! We have recommended her to friends and family. Ms. Swanson and her staff took a difficult to deal with situation and got it fixed for us, they were able to help us navigate through a sticky mess and achieve the goal."
"Don Swanson will lie, and steal your money with very false promises, and also when your defenseless. Not the trustworthy type at all, and can not believe this guy is still representing people in our city of Fort Wayne."
"Wonderful knowledgeable Attorneys to work with while planning my estate wishes. Marty & Lyndsey are top notch!!"
"I highly recommend Lindsey Tipton. She was very experienced and helpful in representing us for the purchase of our restaurant. We are thankful for all her that she did! 10/10"
"Do not hire Jeff Harding. His service was decent, but his billing was completely crooked. He billed me 1.4 hours for telephone calls at $375 an hour, even though I only had three phone calls with him over the entire course of the case. The first call was an introductory call in which I gave him the essential information he needed to begin working for me, and this call lasted three minutes. The second call lasted 42 seconds, in which I called Jeff to inform him that I hadn't yet received my engagement letter, and I came to find out I didn't receive it because they had my email wrong. Since I had to make this call due to his mistake, I do not think it should have been billed at all. The third call was an incoming call that I received from Jeff giving me a brief update on the case. This call lasted one minute. At the very most, an honest lawyer would have billed these at a tenth of an hour each as this is standard practice. At .1 hours each the total hours billed for these calls at most should have been .3 hours. When I brought this information to the billing associate, she informed Jeff and told me he would be reaching out to me. Jeff never reached out to me. On top of that, Jeff billed me for research on my case which should be completely unnecessary in this circumstance considering how simple and straightforward this particular case was. I hired Jeff to prepare a simple Writ of Assistance, which is one of the easiest tasks a lawyer can undertake, and it is something a real estate lawyer like Jeff does hundreds of times over the course of their career. I could have and in hindsight should have done this myself, but I figured having a lawyers name attached to the writ would speed up the process. All of this to say Jeff's research that he billed at $375 an hour was completely unnecessary to the preparation of the Writ yet it was included on my bill. I would strongly recommend considering a different real estate lawyer."
