"It started out with Kim yawning the entire time while asking me questions about Frankie. Then I ok them to do blood work and an ultrasound. I confirmed they don’t sedate the animals unless they have to. Well they probably should have. My dog was traumatized, started having issues as soon as we got home. The next morning his left eye was swollen half shut and his entire left side of his head was swollen. I called them back and I explained his new issues upon leaving their facility and they said “you can schedule a follow up appointment, just go online and schedule for next week”….really??? I paid these people $1000 to just cause my dog even more issues. So sad. Happy my vet was able to get us in immediately. Lies in your response….you said his platelets were too low to do any further testing…even if I wanted to. And for the swelling, I’m not dumb, the swelling and eye was fine in 2 days. You caused this but go ahead and tell your stories. I would never tell anyone to go to your place."

"I have had the unfortunate need to utilize this practice for all 3 of my dogs for various specialized care. Every interaction I’ve had with them (which is well over 20 visits, no exaggeration), has always been a positive experience given the circumstances. Every vet tech, vet assistant, and both of the doctors are kind, professional, and compassionate about the care they give. Scheduling is easy through their website and I have never had issues with availability. One thing I absolutely love about this practice is the communication. I can email or even text them with concerns or questions and I get a reply quickly within a couple hours from one of the veterinarians. There was even a text exchange at 11 pm one night between me and one of the veterinarians which made me feel as if they truly valued and cared about Rosie’s wellbeing. I cannot recommend them enough to fellow pet owners in need of internal medicine/speciality vet care in Southern Indiana. Keep up the great work VSP!"

My cat had an echocardiogram and multiple other diagnostic procedures. All were completed in just under 2 hours. The staff is absolutely wonderful, too."
