"Worst location to deal with. I had a package on 2 day air get delayed didn't get informed until end of day. Get told they are open till 8pm so i go to pick up my package right. WRONG they close at 6pm and the works there just laughed as I tried open the door. Cant even get a number to deal with this location either should have just used usps Edit contacted so called social media they cant do anything. waisted over 3 hours of my night trying to this facility's number and not a 1800 number"

"This location now closes @ 6:00 PM M-F (Feb 26, 2024). I have always had a positive experience while dropping off packages here. Friendly workers, clean location, and safe."

"I am at work when I got 2 packages dropped off for a bunk bed that I had ordered back on Nov 10, 2023. When the packages arrived, they arrived damaged and opened. Not to mention the driver left the one package up against my front door. When I was informed of this, I called customer service and they told me that the manager from the store location of Independence Drive would call me about about the issue. When I asked to file a claim, customer service refused. When the store manager of Independence Drive (Mike) called, I felt like I was not taken seriously and he seemed snooty on his remarks about the situation. I'm sorry but what if we had to leave and my children opened the door? My children would have gotten crush. Better yet, what if I was letting my dogs out and got knocked unconscious, my dogs would have been running loose and my infant (who is not even walking yet), could have gotten hurt by falling off the front porch. My concerns were not taken seriously and the only thing Mike (store manager) said was that he would speak to the driver about the issue."

"I’m completely unsatisfied they are probably the worse company in the world. If you want one question answered you have to jump through 80 hoops and don’t get me started on their untrained staff. I called and spoke on the phone with multiple people after being led around by an AI all day. Not one person could answer my one question all I asked was how can I switch my delivery option to pick up at the distribution center. Why do you have the AI ask 80 questions if you’re gonna ask the same things 80 time again. If I have one question I just want and answer I don’t want led around if you don’t know the answer please get me someone who can. Today’s experience with them was terrible. They should learn from Amazon."

"I’m sick and tired of the delivery drivers not driving down the driveway to deliver my packages. I can’t wait for our regular delivery man to get back. In the meantime, I have to wait for a package that was an “attempted delivery” but never actually showed bc no one came down the driveway. I’m also tired of these delivery drivers being scared of a Goldendoodle and Labradoodle that mean absolutely no harm to anyone. We live in a rural area and the dogs deserve to run outside as they please. They just love attention and enjoy being outside within the boundaries of our invisible fence. 5 stars to our regular driver but 1 (wishing it could be zero) to the customer service that said I’d get a call back in exactly 1 hour, but never received that call. I’ve been waiting a week for this package and now I have to wait again until Monday for someone to “attempt” another delivery."
