Chicken Salad Chick

"We ordered catering for our employees like we do every Saturday. I ordered 10 regular chicken salad sandwich boxes, 19 buffalo chicken and 10 pimento sandwich boxes, When we got the boxes back to work the boxes were labeled wrong. We got the 10 regular and 10 pimento boxes but the boxes labeled buffalo actually had 10 more pimento sandwiches. When I called the manager apologized and said she would send 10 correct ones. I thought that was great knowing accidents can happen. A few minutes later she called me back and said the catering manager assured her there were in fact 10 buffalo chicken sandwiches calling me a liar. I told her that was okay just forget it. The sandwiches weren't very good the bread was stale and then I am called a liar. Our employees went out and bought their own lunch. we have over 400 employees that will not eat at your establishment! Not good customer service to call people a liar!"

"This was our first visit. My son, who doesn't usually like chicken salad, actually enjoyed his meal too. He had the bbq chicken salad on a croissant and a scoop of the classic. Both were delicious but the bbq was pleasantly unique. I ordered the Fancy Franny in a melt, also delicious. We both tried the grape salad, yum! We'll be back."

"We visited this fine establishment on a Friday around lunch time. Ordered our food and took a seat for a few minutes while they prepared it. About 5 -6 minutes later we received our meal. I ordered the croissant sandwich with a spice buffalo, jalapeño concoction of a chicken salad. It was full of flavor and spice. As a side, I ordered a bowl of Macaroni and cheese. It wasn't the best in my opinion, but I didn't come there for Mac and cheese. My wife ordered a lime, basil scoop with a bowl of potatoe soup. She said it was all great. If I changed anything about my meal, it would have been the Mac and cheese substitute for the tomato soup. Not a big deal and it still holds a 5 star review in my opinion because I'm not a a-hole. I would highly recommend this place for lunch or dinner. They have variety, and flavor with what seems like every dish. Would recommend giving it a shot."

"Gave this place 5 stars because they're really trying. It's very clean, the help is friendly, they're crowded at lunchtime. We've been there a few times and enjoy the chicken salad. I just get 2 scoops of chicken salad, different kind each time I go. They have different sides you can get, I actually get a second scoop of chicken salad as a side. You get a small cookie, frosted. It's a really good place to get a quick bite. The only negative thing I can possibly say is that the tea is kind of, well, not very good. But other than that..."
