"Bill represented me in a child support case. I spent over $7000 in just paperwork, he appeared in court 3 times, 1 time in judges chamber, and everything else was so called paperwork. I took my ex-husband back to court because he hasn’t pay on child support for over 1 1/2 year. My ex-husband stated that he was over charged, so he decided he wasn’t going to pay. Through this process, my ex-husband wanted to do modification on the child support. In the mean time, Bill as my attorney never as for my income, my documents on paying the kids dental, health, and vision insurance, my documents on tuition, etc....Every time I would tell him what kind of verbal and emotional abuse my kids were getting from their dad and his girlfriend, Bill will tell me, “let’s handle the child support first,” after that we can deal with the custody. What is so ironic is he would bring me and my 2 girls into his office and question them about how they were being treated at their dad for an hour, he brought the girls in his office twice, charged me twice for the service, but we never went to court nor did he ever brought up the custody or represented me on the custody battle. So, basically when he brought me and my 2 girls in and questioned us for an hour, twice, charging me for 2 hrs, did he ever wrote anything down on paperwork nor did he ever care to use any of it in court because he was never my attorney for custody, just my attorney for child support. I was disgusted with his do call expert experience that I fired him and consulted another attorney named Timothy Hambidge. I felt as if I was robbed, overcharged, lied to, misrepresented, and above all, made one of the biggest mistake of my life! Bill was absolutely horrible, in one incident, I had call Bill to tell him my ex wasn’t letting me get my kids after work like he was supposed to. Bill told me, go pick them up, and if he doesn’t let you get them, call the law, than email me. I told him, it will be at 6 pm when I get my kids. He said, ok, no problem, just email me and I will get back to you. So I went to get my kids, my ex wouldn’t give me my kids, I emailed Bill 15 times that evening, not one time did he answer my email. What a joke, he should never be an attorney nor she he ever should be allowed to practice law! If there is a zero rating or a negative rating, I would give it to him. Now that the child support is over, I still have not seen the finalized paperwork on child support yet, our court date was finalized in December 26, 2018. Today’s date is February 18, 2019. My ex child support is $40/wk on 2 kids, $40/wk for back child support. My ex was ordered to pay starting December 27, 2018. My ex has only paid twice since December 26, 2018! Sad to say, I will never, ever, and will not recommend my worst enemy to use Bill Nesmith as their attorney for anything!!!!!"
