"I've had so many negative experiences at this location, I dread going inside. Today I walked in and was the only customer and the guy gave me an awful look as he walked up to the counter mumbling "oh Jesus Christ". All he had to do was scan the label on the package that I had already printed and tapped on there. He complained the whole time and gripped about other customers."
"Tried to call today to get help with my package and the automatic answering machine is way to difficult and really complicated. Never had this issue before you're better off with out the voice machine"
"My package was supposed to be delivered to me july 9 but never showed up and when i called to ask if they could check if my package was there or not the man just said "there's a lot of packages". And didnt help me at all. Im so frustrated with this. If i had his job i would go above and beyond to help someone in need and not act like him. Tennyson post office is more helpful."
"I recently had a package mis-delivered from Boonville to Indianapolis. When I went to the Boonville PO, SCOTT ZOLL was behind the counter ready to help me track it down. SCOTT could NOT have been more PROFESSIONAL, EFFICIENT nor TIMELY! He made an intense search to find my package, located its whereabouts promptly, and made sure it was re-directed to the proper address. The ball was dropped in Indy - certainly NOT Boonville! If it weren't for SCOTT ZOLL, who knows where that package may have ended up - if anywhere! I cannot compliment SCOTT or the Boonville USPS staff enough for their passion and commitment to serving the public! KUDOS to you all! THANK YOU again, SCOTT, for helping me! :)"
