"I went there on break and was on break at work and I wanted to put an order in and the person said to use the kiosk but I had cash and he said it would send to the computer. So I did that, and it took forever because the guy couldn’t figure out how to get it on the register I barely had time to eat before having to go back to work. The other thing was I used restroom they didn’t have toilet paper or soap in the bathroom it was disgusting."

"Can I give this negative stars? False advertising. The menu shows you get food, and I got the freezing cold mystery items below. Charged us $22 dollars for a burrito they got wrong, cold food, and no chesse. Rude lady at the counter. Food on the table we sat at. Didn't even give me the delights I ordered. Only can pay a kiosk. Don't come here."

"Why?! Last few times I went here and say "no sour cream pls" they still put sour cream on the 5 layer burrito. Ugg why is it difficult for them? Ordered the classic box around 12:15. Spent $5.35 to eat taco and cinnamon twists. Won't return here. Too many mistakes, too many times."

"We literally just sat in the drive thru line for 18 mins, the girl working said we "can go somewhere else if you want" when we asked what was taking so long. Rude, slow, and very unprofessional. Will not be going back to the Boonville, IN taco bell!"

"If it doesn’t take half an hour or longer, your order is going to be wrong. And not a simple “forget you said no tomatoes.” You’re lucky if you get more than a teaspoon of meat on a soft taco. I repeated the order to the cashier at least 3 times. And told her the screen was wrong but she said she would take care of it. Zero hard shell when I ordered 3 and half the tacos had I’m not joking a teaspoon of meat on them. I’m surprised this place is still in business. I must be a glutton for punishment because I keep checking to see if it’s still terrible every 6 months or so. They’re consistently awful."
