FedEx OnSite is conveniently located inside Walgreens at 3608 S Lafountain St in Kokomo, Indiana. You can easily pick up or drop off your FedEx packages at this location without the need to wait at home for a delivery. Simply pack and seal your package, print a label, affix it, and drop it off at this Walgreens location. You can also redirect your FedEx package for pickup here. If you have a QR code from an online store, simply open it on the FedEx Mobile app and a team member will print your label for you. There are no additional fees for using this service, and most FedEx Express and Ground packages are accepted. International packages with a U.S. originated address are also welcome. Remember to bring your tracking number and ID for pickup. If you need packaging supplies or help packing items, visit a nearby FedEx Office location or participating FedEx Authorized ShipCenter.

"Out of state, I went to the Fed Ex office in Tampa, FL to pickup meds that were not delivered due to no one home. The driver did not stop as someone was home. The driver also did not leave a door tag. Being a Saturday, (the next day) I called for pickup at the closest location. I did have to drive to the distribution center instead. No problem picking it up. 1st issue with delivery ever, but the driver was in error not the company."
"They damaged a produce shipment, let it sit for over 24 hours before they re-boxed it in their own FedEx box and acted like nothing happened. Food was damaged, some missing, and it sat in the summer heat for another day due to their carelessness. The ice pack was warm upon arrival. Not happy about warehouse workers handling the food either, especially during a pandemic."
