"Absolutely horrible customer service. They make you feel stupid when you have a question. One lady especially, I always dread going in there and today was the worst."
"Needed to send some packages and happened to be in Frankfort (not my local PO). It was very easy to access this location. Not very much parking, but it seemed adequate for the traffic while I was on location. There was a nice variety of packaging materials and products available for purchase in the store as well as a display of available stamps. There wasn’t anyone at the counter when I first entered, but a bell was situated on the counter After I rang the bell, someone yelled from the back that they would be out shortly. It was two to three minutes before she emerged. By then, two more customers were had entered and were inquiring of me as to ringing the bell. (They weren’t there when I rang the bell). A few moments later, Angie emerged from the back and was very prompt. She provided me with the information necessary for my packages and was very efficient in totaling my order. She was pleasant and I was on my way within about two minutes. Overall, it was a very positive experience."
"Was not informed that my package needed a signature. And even then, the guy who came to deliver my package never knocked or rang the doorbell. I reported it by calling the postal service before heading to the post office in person. The lady there told me to come back at 4:30pm and I'll be able to get my package that day. All fine and dandy. Well, when I get there, the man at the counter informed me that the guy wasn't back yet and probably wouldn't be til 5:30pm. On top of that, I was informed that this is a common issue. Where the delivery person doesn't knock or ring the doorbell when delivering a package that needs a signature. If this is such a common issue, WHY HASN'T IT BEEN DEALT WITH YET??? VERY DISAPPOINTED!! In the end, I never got my package that day. Guess I'll have to come first thing in the morning."
"Ive called to see where im packages where and Brenda was very rude, telling me to go online and track my package, well it said it was out for delivery, well it didnt get delived because my mail is usually delivered between 9am and 10am. The guy I spoke with the last I called about some packages I had ordered though was very nice, I can't remember his name though."
"I am writing this because I tried to call to see why I am getting my Joann’s ad too late for the sale .. I missed an important sale because the mailer didn’t get here on time. It says it was to be delivered on or before feb 10-12 2020 and I received it Tuesday 18th! Totally uncool that I missed the huge pattern sale. So disappointed. This is the second time it’s happened. I called Joann’s to let them know and they told me the mailers are ready to be mailed out 5 to 6 weeks early so it is clearly a usps problem. Please advise I just want it corrected."
