"It’s Taco Bell, so the overall experience is on par with any Taco Bell in the Midwest. But, the staff lack customer service skills. They do not greet you when you arrive or when you stand waiting at the counter. They do not even ask if you need anything - they wait until you ask them. They do not engage in any conversation but silently hand you what you requested. I have been here on more than one occasion and been disappointed in the lack of customer service."
"Delicious this is my favorite taco Bell location in Lafayette. They’re always so friendly in their fast with giving me my order. Whether it be inside the restaurant or the drive-through. Always high-quality food. They never get anything wrong. Highly recommend coming to this location. I will always come back."

"I gave 3 stars, just simply because I love the food. The current crew and the quality of the food they hand out the window though, well... yeah I'd give it 1 star if I didn't like the food... Not only was the order wrong and suppose to be 2 burrito supremes, I instead got 2 taco supremes with someone's personal touch. The individual clearly doesn't appreciate being employed whoever it was, and needs to be terminated"
