United States Postal Service 406 9th Street, Logansport, IN 46947

"So nice the mail man ( different all the time) did one street and then left. So its Saturday, been outside waiting for a important piece of mail. Drove and saw him, yes! Well nope 3 hours later i go out and no mail, i drive ajd he was no where to be found. He literally left after that one street. I habe informed delivery and it's always on spit on what we have coming. That piece of mail i was waiting on was there, and the lazy mail guy dips out. I have a camera on my porch, so i know he never even went down George st. This isn't the first time we've had issue with this mail office not delivering mail. They lost a check and when i reported it, it magically appeared 5 days later."

"Well organized incompetence. Packages missing for days and undelivered. Tracking marked as in Logansport, but not delivered for days. I love having my paid postage held hostage until it becomes convenient to deliver. No wonder the USPS is bankrupt, very incompetent and lazy employees."

"This is where they deserve a 0 star! Our mail carrier(s) over stuffs our mailbox and mail falls onto the ground into the ditch. This has happened multiple times. Our mail carrier just put a box that wouldn’t fit in my mailbox down at the bottom of our mailbox on the ground in the ditch, instead of driving up our lane and delivering it like he/she is supposed to. That package had my medical supplies in it, that would have been horrible if someone would have stopped and stolen it. Our mail gets delivered to our neighbors who live miles down the road. Very lucky we have kind neighbors who bring our envelopes and packages to us. I also receive other peoples mail. We have multiple carriers so not sure who is doing it, very well could be all of them! Filed multiple complaints, they simply don’t care and never get back to you like they say they will. Just to talk to someone on any given day the wait time is 45 minutes."

"Just within the last 3-4 weeks one birthday card I mailed was returned to me a week later (there was nothing wrong with the postage or address and there was no explanation for why it was returned. I turned around and dropped it in the mail again and it arrived at it's destination several days later); I had another birthday card that never arrived at its' destination; and another card took 5-6 days to go across town (less than 2 miles). Then today I learned that something I had ordered two weeks ago was delivered to the wrong address and was being returned to the seller. I've lived at this residence for over 30 years, so it's not like they have to keep tracking down my current address. I realize that they handle a large volume of mail, but with that many mistakes in a short time with just me, something's terribly wrong with the system."

"I never get my packages. Not one or two, nor three, but four times my deliveries have not arrived. The tracking order tells me where my packages are, but the mailman always misses my house. Since I moved to Logansport I had had the same problems. I don’t even get my utility bills. If I wouldn’t remember the due dates I will be out of luck. Very disorganized place. I hear from my neighbors as well."
