"This Bob Evans was such a bad experience. We weren’t waited on for 10 minutes, she took our drinks then waited for us to order, when she came back (without our drinks) she took our order and then realized she forgot to bring our drinks. Our drinks came 10 minutes after our food was ordered. Our apps came 4 minutes before our meal. Our sever forgot most of our food order, failed to get drink refills, and the food was awful. Mashed potatoes tasted like peanut butter, the food’s only seasoning was salt, a ton of it too, steak was way over done, our over easy egg had egg shells in it, our side for our meal was charged as an extra.It wasn’t busy by any means as it was 7:39pm when we arrived and we just left at 8:50pm. I was a server for 7 years and I would be embarrassed to give the service we were given. Not sure if everyone that was working was new or if this Bob Evans is going downhill."
