"Extremely low customer satisfaction in the pharmacy. Calls are not answered. I waited on hold one hour then decided to walk in to be told that they were too busy and my prescription would be filled the next day. I asked to have my prescription filled by another location. They agreed to fill my prescription but waited over anhour. This pharmacy provides terrible service."

"I wish there was an option to leave zero stars for this pharmacy. I've used them for years and never used to have problems. The past few months there has been an unfortunate, and noticeable decline. I wait up to two weeks for prescriptions I've been taking for months. I'm told it's an insurance issue, so I call my insurance who informs me they have no issues, and haven't been contacted by walgreens at all. We all know how fun cat and mouse games are to play over the phone, all because I was lied to. I had to wait 5 days just for cough medicine. Whether I'm in the drive-thru (which is frequently closed due to staffing) or in-store, I'm waiting in line for a minimum of 20 minutes, every single time. I'm not sure what their internal issues are, but they definitely have a lot."

"Highly recommend CVS down the block.. this Walgreens is the absolute worst... Called every day and was on hold for over an hour... When finally got to the store instead of waiting on the phone for hours the tech said that they didn't have the prescription in stock and then 2 second later received a text saying medication was out of stock.. (on top of that only 2 people were working)after being a week of delay. It's an absolute joke horrible customer service.. short staff. Walgreens do better this isn't a retail store this is medication dealing with people's daily lives. It's sad!!"

"Honestly awful. Constantly have delayed prescriptions. Waited on hold over 90 minutes 9/18/23 and never got an answer. "There are more than 3 people ahead of you" said the automated message for 90+ minutes straight. A prescription I literally need to take every day and they don't have it ready. Went to the store and there were about 35 people standing in line (assuming the phone system was down?)... Didn't have 3 hours to spare to wait in line and be told my script still wasn't ready. If their systems are down, it's 2023. There HAS to be a way to communicate this to people or send it to a different pharmacy. Seriously ridiculous..."

"This Walgreens has really become terrible. There was one pharmacist there who was helpful and kind and he left recently, since then I have received misinformation, prescriptions different from the ones I’ve taken and the entire staff is unkind and unhelpful. I’m not sure if they dislike their job or they are just burnt out but they do not know how to talk to or deal with people - and as you can see from all other comments the wait times are unacceptable. I never write comments for places but after the frustration my I have been put through just to receive a medication I had to."
