"Long story short. Zero stars!! They lost my package . I paid to have it insured and they say the cost of the package isn't the same as what I insured it for. I told them to pay me back for what it cost me. I dont care if the package was empty they lost it not me!!!!!"

"I went here the other day to get my passport and the clerk talked to me like I was stupid and incompetent. Horrible service. I should of just told her to go fly a kite and walked out but I didn't. She was VERY rude to me and I did NOT like how I was treated! Mind you this was the first time I have ever applied for a passport. I will NEVER NEVER go to this post office again. Now the two ladies behind the counter were very nice and pleasant to deal with!"

"They were supposed to deliver a certified mail at my Valparaiso address. THEY DID NOT RING MY DOORBELL OR EVEN KNOCK ON MY DOOR. I was home and close to the entrance door. So they lied when they wrote in the delivery note, that I was not there to sign and receive my mail. WHEN WILL THIS POST OFFICE BE PROPERLY INVESTIGATED AND CHANGED, SO CUSTOMERS DO NOT HAVE TO WORRY ABOUT THEIR MAIL? Rosa the rude clerk still works there, despite multiple complaints. All we get are lame apologies. NO REAL CHANGE!"

"Left a package hanging 3/4 out of the mailbox when it was raining on a Sunday. Package was destroyed. Called to complain and the employee handling calls seemed inconvenienced and annoyed. Update: Met our regular driver and he is really nice! He gained the review 2 extra stars :)"
