Chick-fil-A

"This is by far my worst experience at any restaurant I've ever visited. After sitting in line for 15 minutes I was approached by the employee to give my order. As I started, he stopped and said he would be back then ran off. After another 5 minute wait I switched lanes to hopefully get through quicker. After I placed the and waited 10 more minutes I received my order. As passing my drinks to me there was pop on top of the lid that spilled on my lap as it was handed to me, no apology. When getting home the order was absolutely not what I had wanted. Got plain piece of chicken on a bun x2. (1 had a hair in it) Ordered the spicy chicken. Then they must of felt it wasn't necessary to have straws for my drinks either. I will say that this will be my last visit to thus location"

"I went to the counter to get a refill. The manager took care of me. We started talking, and I told him we were from South Carolina. I noticed he was showing his employees how to do things. Leading by example. I looked at his name tag because I knew I would give him a good review. Manager John Hershberger."

"Always check your bag in the drive through and be prepared to wait longer for the rest of your order. This has been a consistent issue since the opening of this location. Ran by rude teenagers who don’t want to be there. Definitely been to much better and attentive Chick-Fil-A’s."

"I had ordered a breakfast sandwich this morning, substituted the biscuit for English muffin (got charged a little extra for the muffin). Opened my bag and realized they had just given me a plain piece of chicken in a container, no muffin at all! Went back inside and ask to one of the ladies if she could help me get my order right. She was nice and asked the people preparing the food for the muffin, they said they were going to give it to me shortly. I stood there waiting for 15+ minutes and never got the order right."

"It's disappointing to wait in line for 10 to 15 minutes to get the food, but then to get home and have the food prepared incorrectly. This is the 3rd time this location has handed out the incorrect order. The first 2 times involved giving a cherry coke instead of a coke zero. As a person who spends x amount of dollars for a single drink and then can't drink it because of the sugar content it's disappointing. Clearly my order says NO corn and what does the salad have corn. The club sandwich had NO bacon. I understand it was busy, but paying 19 dollars and some change for a meal that was indicated on the order in the correct manner is just frustrating."
