"My girlfriend tried doing a transaction here. Racism does exist at this Walgreens. She was asked to show her ID multiple times by the same cashier. Tall and long guy. They need to change and stop being racist. Experience the same thing at a Jewel Osco at Irving park Rd."

"Tried to go shopping here on a Saturday at 11:30am and an employee stopped everyone at the door and said they were closed. I’ve seen other community posts about the store closing randomly in the middle of the day, so it appears this is not a one time incident. Whatever the reasons may be, corporate should step in here and do something. Some people cannot afford the inconsistency of the pharmacy piece being unavailable. I would encourage others to reach out to corporate as well to see if there’s enough visibility on this."

"Live around the block. To get simple service done it takes wayyyyy longer than it should. Consistently puts people in a bad mood."

"It's not the nicest Walgreens out there, but it gets the job done. The pharmacy has pretty good hours (which is not to be taken for granted in this day and age), but the building could stand to be upgraded and the floors could be kept a bit more tidy. To be honest, I'm just a bit grateful that the store is in the neighborhood. It's good to have a local pharmacy, so please keep doing your thing, Less-Than-The-Coolest Walgreens."

"It is 10:30pm on a Sunday night and the doors are locked. Yet both doors have signs that say they are open until 12am. There are NO signs at all that say otherwise. Obviously under terrible management. I was very inconvenienced by this."
