"I never receive my packages even though they say delivered. I have had the same name my entire life and I have lived at my address for over 15 years. My neighbors on both sides have lived at their addresses for well over 30 years. So why would I have a problem receiving anything. Nothing has changed same three mailboxes receiving the same people's mail for over a decade?"

"Postmaster is excellent at her job. We have been there numerous times and she was very helpful and performs her job in a professional manner. We have never had an error in any job she did for us. Love this postal branch."

"The phone number doesn't work for the post office. You can leave them a message with instructions on where to drop off, they won't do so, or will do so sporadically. It's really anyone's guess if I'll actually get anything delivered to me, and given that I work out of town, I'm never available to make it into the actual office to pick things up during the day, leaving my packages in perpetual limbo floating around the state because the mail carrier won't stick to the script of bringing them to me."

"I've lived in 10 different locations in my time and have NEVER had a postal service as bad as this one. I get several other neighbors mail and who knows who gets some of mine. If the mail carrier feels like delivering a pkg. they might drive up and actually deliver it, sometimes not."

"I am on a rural route and I feel that my carrier does an absolutely awesome job. To address the postal office staff, I have had nothing but courteous and professional service from them. They go out of their way to insure that your posts are handled in the most efficient way possible. The lady working in the office has literally phoned my carrier while I was standing there to get clarification on my delivery. As a retired Federal employee and supervisor, I absolutely know what lazy and complacent employees are like and these folks are neither."
