"This review is specifically for the pharmacy. The staff themselves deserve 5 stars for their service & efforts, but the logistics of this place deserve perhaps 1 or more generously a 2. This feels like one of the busiest Walgreens for miles (that doesn’t have a drive-thru). Ive never been able to reach anyone over the phone and there is always a line of 5-7 people there (which makes sense why no one is able to get to the phones). The staff behind that counter are CONSTANTLY moving too. Despite impossibly challenging odds they have to face, the staff at this location has always been great to me when I need to get a prescription, especially when Ive contracted Covid. I witnessed incredible patience too as another customer got impatient and was very rude to a tech who was just trying to look up their prescription. The pharmacy staff are wonderful but they desperately need and DESERVE more support from the corporation."

"Flu shots are NOT free, their website is a bold faced lie. Told me it would be $70 because they don't take my insurance. But the COVID vaccine would be covered somehow. I'll go waste my time elsewhere. I can see why they're about to go on strike. Horribly mismanaged."

"Impossibly unhelpful pharmacy. Terrible weekend hours. If you make a request for prescription transfers or want them a day early the guy will pretend the DEA is outside waiting to arrest him. Incredibly slow staff throughout the store"

"This store is a JOKE. I just got back from a FORTY-minute trip to the store that is 2 doors down from my house because I needed to wait 15 minutes for someone to unlock the cabinet so I could get Tylenol. As always with this store, the employee I found was "on break" but helped me. I stared at the manager who was behind the photo desk but was too busy talking to her friend (not an employee) about cookie dough. She was laughing and talking VERY loudly, and I know she saw me. This manager has been an issue ANY time she has been working when I am in that store. She DOES NOT want to work. Then I went to the pharmacy to pick up my prescription where there was ONE employee working and 2 pharmacists hiding with all the side windows closed. Another employee was walking around behind the counter, looked at the line formed, and then said.....you guessed it...."I'm going on break". This story is filthy, the lines are always forever long, and for the MOST part, the customer service is terrible....all at the helm of a manager who does not give one care about this store. Garbage cans outside are always overflowing, the parking lot is FULL of trash, there are usually people out in front loitering and soliciting. It's a pathetic store all around. We are moving our prescriptions back to Jewel. It's out of the way, but it's a much nicer/safer experience. Sad."
