"Update: I got a call back over an hour later from the person I was talking to who claims "we got disconnected". If we did why did it take over an hour to call me back, and after I left this review? And why only address the laughing that you say was from some emoji system when I told you that I was most annoyed with the lack of patience and the rudeness? No, I will not be calling back once I want to pursue this. Another law firm had no problem being kind and helpful. I feel like I'll be going with them if needed. God forbid you call to get some information when your situation has changed. You will be ignored as you are talking, the person will be laughing in the background as you are talking about your situation, you will try to explain how things have changed and they will not understand so instead of trying to understand they will become impatient and hang up on you. When you call back to complain, the person will treat you like you're an idiot and like things were explained to you when in fact they weren't. So insanely unprofessional."
