"I called for a package pickup going to TMOBILE. I told the Customer Service Representative that I had a prepaid label and all I should be charged was a pick up fee of $8. After giving him the tracking number and my payment info, this guy hangs up! Then, I get a text saying my card had been charged $18.72! I repeatedly called back and no one could find my pick up request but they had my money. To top it all off, this guy barely had a grasp of the English language. I was using the automated system to schedule the pickup and it couldn't under the pickup time and transfered me to a man who clearly doesn't know what the hell he's doing. I then had to file a complaint with the BBB to get my money back. Guess what? They haven't even bothered to reply."

I informed them i had not been asleep for 27 hours due to working UPS friday morning noveember 25th 2022 , working my 2nd and not getting off 2nd job until 12am November 26th then having to be at UPS at 2am that same day... they trued to force me to work 2nd sort knowing i had not slept in about 27 hours.."
