"My name is Ashley. I did my bankruptcy with Ryan. He was sooooo awesome! He kept me up to date on everything. He worked with me according to my situation. He did everything He said he would! Thanks to Ryan I am now on track to a better future. No other attorney would do the things he did in order to help me. He went well above and beyond! Thanks Ryan!! I will recommend you to any and everyone I know who needs this!"
"I was getting garnished and he helped me stop the garnishment. He worked with me and was very understanding. He let me make payments while he worked my case. Not a lot of lawyers would do that. I definitely highly recommend him especially if you are being garnished."
"He was the only place that would help me when i was being garnished. he handle everything for me. and worked with payments every two weeks."
"Last June I contacted this law firm over a student loan dispute. Mr Wright calls himself the Indiana Student Loan attorney and my dispute~case is exactly that. I have Face book messages between myself and Mr. Wright and a letter he sent me just 2 days ago. He charged me 250 to simply tell me his office is too small to handle and requires a 10K retainer because my case was complicated and YET I have FB proof he knew this for months ( I was getting finances together but kept in touch) and yet even after he charges me 100 record view....still then proceeded to set up a consultation, which he does only a month later after MY status prompting to then charge me 150 for NOTHING. In his letter he claims the call got cut off (which it didn't I hung up on him because I felt like he ripped me off) and actually states in this letter that because the call got cut off he didn't tell me the options....but then states I wouldn't have been interested in them anyway LOL Never heard such ridiculous excuse. And he never started that consult with wanting 10K....no, he threw that out 28 min into the call AFTER he already rejected my case over issues he was in full knowledge of and why I went to him in the first place. And not even a legal reason as to WHY I will lose as he claims..he gave me NO legal fact....it was only his opinion....yet again he was in full knowledge of those facts for MONTHS as well....if he believed his opinion to reject my case then WHY ask me to send my case file in?? Of course he doesn't mention this tid-bit in his letter to me. Now anyone reading this will understand why I ended up hanging up. So in essence I'm out 250 because his office is too small-which is the same size as when I contacted him. I have IM proof he knew of the issues as complicated, but told me to send my case anyway...then even after his open file fee of 100 dollars does he not disclose the inability to handle such case....no he then basically charges me 150 to go to a larger firm.... seriously??? 36 documents and he can't deal with my case. 36 documents to file a case and it costs 10k because he has to hire outside help. This is a dispute that I had a MOUNTAIN of evidence I never did this loan and he didn't care about a bit of it and I am convinced he never had any interest in helping at all. He knew from the start as my FB IM proves, he knew with an open case charge and his excuse to charge me 150 is I wouldn't be interested in options he admitted in his letter he never voiced and go to a bigger firm despite his advertising of student loan lawyer. Proceed at your own risk, but I learned my lesson. 250 for NOTHING despite his claim of risk free consultation and the specialty he advertises."
