APTUS Delivery Systems

"This is the second time in 2 months they can’t seem to deliver a “1-day” shipping item for over a week!! Always see that they couldn’t deliver by 5pm on my tracking…then it should be on top of the list the next day!!"

"Second day of schedule delivery and still not delivered. Staples was my go to business for many products but as long as I know that they are using this company for their deliveries, my go to will be anybody but Staples."

"I had three recent visits from APTUS. Bought an item that they delivered but later found to be broken. Called the vendor and APTUS came out and picked it up. Nice driver no problem. After reorder a different driver came out for delivery. Rather than stop at the parking pad in front of my house he decides to pull into a private driveway and in the process pulled down the overhead cable lines. I greeted him and advised him that he pulled down the line. He said it wasn't his problem. He then started making rude comments as I started inspecting my item. Things went from bad to worse as he was going to leave before I finished my inspection. Then he said he was going to say I refused it and put it back on the truck. Ended up talking to his supervisor on the phone. The driver was very rude and disrespectful. He finally calmed down and left after I accepted my item."

"Aptus delivery was such a blessing to my family. I ordered 2 big items from Staples to be delivered on 12/22/22. When I checked the status, delivery was delayed by a day. On 12/23 I called when I didn’t see tracking movement & inquired about delivery. Was told it wouldn’t get to me on 12/23, because there were no drivers & trucks wouldn’t start due to the harsh weather conditions. The rep asked if the items were Christmas gifts, I said yes. After a brief hold, the rep said he would get them to me on 12/24. At 8:47 Christmas Eve morning, I received a call from the same rep. He said “I have a driver who is on the way to you in their personal vehicle.” 30 minutes later a very friendly driver pulled up to my home & helped me get the items in the door. I truly appreciate how this company with up & beyond, through snow & ice with the temperature reading 1 degree, just to make sure my kids received their Christmas gifts!!"

"Aptus delivery box truck contracted by Office Depot to deliver a package to my house. When the guy pulled out of my drive I heard a loud BANG from in my house but he kept driving. Turns out he cut the turn way short and ran over my mail box AND Bricks 1 foot high - that was the bang from the truck landing back on the pavement. Mail box mangled and some bricks crushed. Called the company and she said the driver did not know he hit anything - which is a lie for obvious reasons. Not impressed with the reimbursement process and lack of ownership of responsibility. I finally got tired of messing with them and fixed it myself. Will never order delivery from office Depot again because they use this company for deliveries."
