"Extremely slow service for prescription refills. Lines regularly 20-30 minutes. Consistently has 'insurance issues' for standard refills delaying getting medicine for my son."

"Unfortunately this location is severely understaffed and there is always a long line to pick up anything at the pharmacy. If you wait in line long enough, multiple people ahead of you will leave in frustration shortening your wait time. The staff shortage is retail and not a pharmacist issue. The staff they do have are very slow, likely because they are not paid enough to care."

"I’m sitting here waiting for a prescription for the last time. I will never step foot in this Walgreens again. Every time I come here (not an exaggeration), there is an issue with my prescription and the staff is rude and unhelpful— no doubt because they are not paid enough to care and are understaffed. If you care about your customers at all, you’ll address the issue. I’m obviously not the first person to feel this way. Your systems and processes are broken."

"Please staff this location properly! This store is extremely understaffed and it’s a very poor experience for customers - especially for anyone feeling ill or in need of timely medications. I’ve tried calling numerous times and was once on hold for 55 minutes without anyone answering. I wish corporate would appropriately staff this location so that the employees aren’t running on fumes and struggling to assist customers."

"Not sure why but the pharmacy always has a long line of people. They do try to be fast but it just sucks waiting when you're not feeling well. Other Walgreens usually have meds ready when I go pick them up. This one always running behind. Also, on 2 random occasions I've had meds sent here by my doctor only to find out the pharmacy was just randomly closed even when it's supposed to be open. Other than that the store looks dirty, smells like a CTA bus too."
