"AVOID THIS FREIGHT COMPANY! Driver was very rude. Driver refused to back the truck up to the warehouse door and just dropped a 2500 pound pallet on the edge of the road. He refused to use his pallet mover to bring it 40 yards across the lot to the warehouse. We get deliveries weekly from lots of other companies with no problems. I wish I could leave ZERO stars. This was in Fort Wayne, IN. Hopefully they can find a better driver and salvage their service someday"
"I had tons of issues with this company (not this location specifically, the people here were helpful, but we had problems with delivery). First off, I received a quote and Bill of Lading from one person via email. Upon delivering the package to the drop off, TForce said they wouldn't be able to honor it, and made a second invoice. This one was a few dollars cheaper (~$5-$10). They then informed me of a possible additional $70 charge for residential delivery, but did not charge for it when I paid upfront with a check. A few days later, they called and said they were not actually allowed to bill me, that another company would, and tore the check up. I receive my third invoice after delivery (2 weeks late), and it did include the fee. I'm not disputing the charge; simply the amount of hassle it was, mostly the part of leaving me unsure of the actual cost until after delivery. I chose this company because it was about 1/2 the cost of other freight companies, and it still came out that way, but it was not worth the trouble. Also the package was lost for 2 weeks, customer support was nonexistent. The package was last seen in Kansas City. After waiting an hour for someone to pick up the phones there, I eventually gave up. Multiple calls over multiple days went unanswered. Both myself and my customer had no response. I received a generic "We are looking for your package. No info is available now" response from an email to global customer support. They finally found and delivered the item 14 days after the scheduled delivery. Apparently a driver took the wrong trailer. Okay, it happens, but let me know what's going on instead of being completely inaccessible. The only saving grace for me was my customer, who was thankfully willing to wait after being reinsured federal law protects us both in cases of lost and damaged freight shipments. We are both thoroughly unimpressed and will never use this company again."
"This company was in charge of shipping medication (signature required) to my home. I waited all day for the delivery, then it was postponed to the next day. That's okay, things happen. I stayed home all day again waiting for the delivery and it never arrived. Upon checking the tracking, they provided a forged signature claiming the package was received, but no package was left at my residence, no one at my home signed for this, nor did a delivery driver knock to attempt a delivery at any point during the day. I have spent over 3 hours on the phone with the company to locate the package and no one has shown any sense of urgency or interest in locating the package or driver. This has been a truly nightmare experience and would not recommend this service to anyone."
"Avoid this shipping company. Of all the shipping and freight companies I've dealt with in the past 25 years ,this is the worst! They lost a 72 inch x12x12 box that weighs 60 pounds,worth around 900 dollars. when I spoke to the incompetent customer service who could barely speak English they tell me it could be up to 4 weeks before they verify to the shipper that it's lost.the shipper won't replace it till Tforce verifies they lost it. So after calling back again and really getting ugly with them I was told someone would call back within 24 hours ,Noone ever called.this part was ordered 23 days ago with guaranteed 4 day shipping. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, TERRIBLE COMPANY!!!! Avoid them if at all possible"
