"The staff here is so kind, patient, and helpful, especially the pharmacists. I have such a better experience here than at the pharmacy of another competitor’s chain nearby. I’ve been switching all my prescriptions to this CVS from the other place. Highly recommend."
"The pharmacist Bob was awesome, best we have ever encountered!!! Loved his interaction with us as he gave us our vaccinations."
"Frequently unhelpful pharmacy staff, frequently out of medications, for extended time periods, and frequently delay action to address medication related issues that result in customer prescriptions expiring. CVS Pharmacy will cost you time, money, and your privacy. Using CVS Pharmacy will not only result in huge hidden expenses, but is also likely to result in unnecessary distress, danger, and overall harm. Pharmacy staff are often short, unhelpful, and absent of any care or concern. Expect to provided vague or misleading information, if any at all, and expect to jump through hurdles each and every time this pharmacy is used. If you perceive savings up front on any cost, you will be extremely disappointed and it will cost you. Staff here generally do not care at all. Using this place for any form of business makes you a victim of predatory practices targeting your wallet and your privacy. Know that the choice to use CVS pharmacy will come at your expense, your loss, and your own harm, and it will likely require excessive amounts of your time, repeatedly, regardless of the purpose or nature of your use for it. Know that if you consider CVS and it's pharmacy, you are likely much better served even if paying significantly more money up front elsewhere to avoid the longterm aggravation, inconvenience, prolonged costs, and hazard to your overall well-being associated with using CVS and CVS Pharmacy. It will never be worth your while, doubting or thinking otherwise is a costly mistake. CVS and it's mobile app make everything worse. They have extremely poor if any functionality. They are overflowing with misleading, erroneous, and irrelevant information. Pop-ups and redirects are pervasive. Clicking on links is almost forced and navigating to what you may choose is prevented. If and when they do function, it is to be overwhelmed by even more never-ending popups, misrepresentative ads, and your own personal information being collected and shared with multiple parties. Coupons never work as claimed. Promotional offers have been found to be erroneous or fraudulent on numerous occasions. Expect to be overcharged and ripped off. Expect to pay more for nothing if you opt to purchase or join any CVS programs. All of CVS online content extracts user data, promotes gimmicks, employs schemes, and applies hidden fees that far exceed any offer or promise of savings. Avoiding CVS like the plague is something I only learned the hard way at huge financial and time costs after years of tolerating too many widespread negligent, abusive, and deceptive or crooked practices."
"Placed photo order and store clerk claims they don't have the "equipment" to produce it and that I should order somewhere else, but their CVS online system already charged me for the order and order is stuck at processing with no options to change or cancel. Store clerk is extremely rude and impatient and refused to help at all."
"The pharmacy here is bad. It took me half an hour to fill a simple prescription and I felt really bad for the people that had to wait behind me. I have Aetna health insurance, which is literally owned by CVS, and it took them forever to ask for and then input my information, only for them to be unable to charge it, meaning I had to pay out of pocket. Walgreens and CVS have a horrible monopoly, and it shows. On the other hand, the store part is fine and they have a UPS drop off point which is fast and efficient, so I'll bump this up from 1 to 2 stars."
